Archey, a merged company created from Peco Douwes and Hofa, wanted to build and market a new identity. The challenge was to create a new brand within 3.5 months, including a new website, while maintaining and expanding the existing online market values. It was also important to clearly inform all stakeholders about the merger and the new brand name.

We worked closely with WADM for brand development and with the internal teams at Peco Douwes and Hofa to build a strong foundation for the new Archey brand. We designed and built a modern website that tells the Archey brand story and provides users with quick access to product information. To maintain the existing online value, the SEO structures of both merger companies were integrated and optimized.

The short lead time and the need to market a completely new brand without losing existing SEO positions make this project unique. Intensive collaboration and a streamlined approach successfully positioned Archey as a strong, new player in the fastener market.
